While your campaign has pushed Ramsay to agree to a significantly improved pay offer (3.25% from 1 July 2023, 3.25% from 1 July 2024, 3.5% from 1 March 2024, 2.5% from 1 October 2025, and 2.5% from 1 June 2026), Ramsay’s pay offer does not ensure competitiveness with other providers, and they continue to refuse to introduce ratios or any meaningful safe staffing reforms.
You deserve an agreement all members can support – we are calling on Ramsay to come back to the bargaining table as soon as possible and put an improved pay offer on the table, and to genuinely discuss the implementation of ratios and safe staffing reforms in Ramsay hospitals.
